About Me
An actor and a writer, I come from a massive Jewish/Italian family of strong-willed and opinionated New Yorkers who taught me the importance of sharing my voice and fighting for what I believe in.
I’m a graduate from Cornish College of the Arts with my BFA in Theater (Original Works). Written when I was 19, my debut novel, “Spools of Red Twine” was published by Propertius Press, and I worked as a Broadway Theater Critic for an online publication. My second novel, "Lamia Weeps" is being published by Barnard Publishing in the UK (stay tuned for updates!).
I wrote and performed a solo show, "Annarella", about the life of Italian film star, Pier Angeli, for NY Theater Festival's Summerfest, and acted in the off-Broadway show, "Darkness of Light" directed by Michael Mailer.
Most recently I wrote, produced, and starred in the award-nominated short film "A Cause For Alarm" for the 48-Hour Film Project.
Along with producing, writing, and starring in a full-length play, "Call of the Void" in Seattle, I've also written multiple novels, screenplays and teleplays. As a writer, actor, and producer, I'm currently in development for a feature-length horror film, "Gorelesque" (Pivot Productions).
As an artist, I'm most interested in exploring the break-down of boundaries, and questioning the moral code of society. I believe art is meant to pose more questions than answers, and that it's essential to broaden people's minds through empathy and connection.
